SpotSee® ShockWatch® FLEX – Single-Tube Impact Indicator
SpotSee® ShockWatch® FLEX Single-Tube indicators provide clear, tamper-evident visual evidence if a monitored shipment experiences an impact above the selected G-level. The adaptable FLEX format is specifically designed for curved and irregular surfaces, helping to deter rough handling and support rigorous receiving inspections across the global supply chain.
Versatile Monitoring for Irregular Surfaces
-
Adaptable Placement: Engineered to adhere to curved surfaces such as barrels, pipes, or protective machinery housings where standard rigid labels fail.
-
Single-Tube Precision: Provides a straightforward, irreversible colour change to flag potential mishandling during transport or storage.
-
Customisable Sensitivity: Available in a range of G-levels to match specific product fragility and packaging performance.
Typical Applications
-
Industrial Components: Precision pipes, cylinders, and curved casings.
-
Specialist Equipment: Calibrated medical devices, aerospace components, and electronics.
-
Export Logistics: Crates, cases, and palletised shipments requiring field-proven accountability.
Technical Handling & Suitability
Placement: Apply to a clean, dry surface on the exterior of the shipment where it is easily accessible for inspection. Avoid placement where the indicator may be crushed or obscured by strapping or secondary labels.
